In accordance with the European Data Protection Act, the Customer is informed that his/her personal data may be collected on the kidur.fr website and used by the Seller.
DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller, who collects personal data and implements data processing, is C2S - Confection des Deux-Sèvres.
What data is collected on the site?
The site collects the following personal data:
- personal information required to create a user account (e.g. surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, date of birth)

The kidur.fr website does not share any personal data for commercial purposes with third parties.
The Seller undertakes to implement appropriate technical measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data.
The Vendor undertakes to keep the personal data collected for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, and in any event no longer than 3 years from the User's last connection to the site.
After this period, they are deleted.
NEWSLETTER INFORMATION
The Customer may choose to receive offers from our Site by email, in order to keep up to date with site news and benefits.
If the Customer no longer wishes to receive offers and information from the site, he/she may oppose such mailings by indicating this when creating his/her account, or at any time by modifying the parameters in his/her customer area.
